BTUs
BTU is short for British Thermal Unit, a unit of measurement that shows just how much energy your air conditioner uses to remove heat from your home within an hour.
Easy Pro series offers: 9K, 12K, 18K and 24K 9K is 9000 BTU
Easy Pro only offers single line or 1 air handler(inside unit)
4th Generation series offers: 12K, 18K, 24K and 36K.

Generally speaking, an air conditioner needs about 20 BTUs for each square foot of living space that it’s cooling, according to Consumer Reports. To get an approximate idea for how many BTUs you need, multiply the square footage of your space (whether that’s a single room or your entire home) by 20.
Example for "man cave" or office about 500 sq ft: 20 x 500 =10000 so 12 K unit would be a good option.
Condenser (outdoor) Unit Temperatures
The condenser unit of the 4 generation can operate at more extreme temperatures.
